About Bend to Balance
Bend to Balance (www.bendtobalance.com) is a holistic mental health initiative focused on wellness, connection, and education. Our Mental Health Expo brings together practitioners, educators, and the community to explore mind–body balance, healing modalities, and mental well-being in an inclusive, supportive environment.


Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and play an integral role in the planning and promotion of our upcoming Mental Health Expo. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, communication, and meaningful work—and who is excited to be involved behind the scenes of a purpose-driven event.


Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations

* Manage calendars, scheduling, and deadlines for the Bend to Balance team
* Organize documents, systems, and workflows to ensure smooth operations
* Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with partners, vendors,    and participants.
* Support expo logistics, including timelines, registrations, and coordination 


Marketing & Social Media
* Assist with marketing campaigns for the Mental Health Expo
* Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
* Help maintain brand consistency and messaging
* Support email marketing and community outreach efforts


Customer & Community Management
*Serve as a friendly point of contact for attendees, vendors, and collaborators
* Manage inquiries, registrations, and participant communications
*Help cultivate a positive, welcoming experience for all involvedQualifications
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
*Experience with social media platforms, email tools, and basic marketing workflows
*Strong time management and follow-through
I*nterest in mental health, wellness, holistic healing, or community events
*Self-motivated and able to work independentlyBonus Skills (Not Required)
*Experience with event planning or expos
*Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling software, or project management platforms
Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, etc.)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Vendor Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to lead outreach and sales for vendor booth spaces at Bend to Balance 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based sales, believes in the mission of Bend to Balance, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.


You’ll be the primary point of contact for potential vendors—sharing the vision of the expo, building authentic connections, and helping aligned businesses find their place within the event.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell vendor booth spaces for Bend to Balance 2026
  • Represent the mission, values, and vision of Bend to Balance with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and networking
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales tracking in an organized system
  • Collaborate closely with the Bend to Balance team to align sales efforts with event goals
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors from initial contact through confirmation


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience or strong natural sales ability
  • Confident, friendly communicator who builds trust easily
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
  • Ability to represent a values-driven, wellness-focused brand professionally
  • Interest in mental health, wellness, or community-based events


Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate
